johnny boy foundation is a 501 (c) (3) non-profit foundation with a MISSION to enhance the emotional, social and spirited health of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD), through a program that offers vocational "hands on " job training for the hospitality industry.  

 johnny boy foundation collaborates with other community- based organizations to help evaluate and place individuals in the hospitality industry based on skill set and specific needs working with restaurant and hotel partners to select the right individual for the position.

Our proprietary "Hand in Hand" Program developed by Steve Greer, provides a program for individuals to explore the opportunities in the hospitality industry through a career based curriculum for many positions with specific "on site" job training.
